- Digital Confirmation: Upon successful payment, guests will receive a booking confirmation email within 1 hour containing all reservation details and digital vouchers.
- No Physical Delivery: All confirmations, tickets, vouchers, invoices, and related documents are delivered exclusively via email; there is no physical shipment of documents.
- Email Accuracy Responsibility: It is the guest’s responsibility to provide a valid and accurate email address at the time of booking. The resort is not liable for non-receipt due to incorrect email details.
- Retrieval & Support: If a guest does not receive the confirmation email within 1 hour of payment, they may contact our support team for prompt re-delivery of digital documents.
