Refund Policy

Cancellation Period: Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking at Visamo Nalsarovar Resort seven (7) days or more before the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellation within 7 Days: Should guests decide to cancel their reservation within seven (7) days of the scheduled check-in date, the full booking cost will be applicable.

Cancellation Procedure: To initiate a cancellation, guests are required to contact our reservations team directly via email or phone, providing their booking details for verification purposes.

Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the original method of payment, within a 5 (Five) Business days timeframe. Please note that any processing fees or charges imposed by third-party booking platforms are beyond our control and may not be refundable.

Modifications: Guests are encouraged to inform us promptly of any changes to their travel plans. While we will endeavor to accommodate modification requests, they are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government mandates, or other force majeure events beyond our control, our cancellation policy may be adjusted accordingly. Guests will be duly informed of any such modifications.

Non-Refundable Reservations: Certain promotional rates or special offers may have specific terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds. Guests are advised to review these terms at the time of booking.
